My name is Katie & I grew up just outside of Nashville in the 80’s &90’s climbing trees as high as I could, playing as many sports as possible and generally putting my heart into everything I was blessed to be able to participate in.
I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree. I was able to stay home with my children and homeschool them for several years all while learning about Real Estate and Investing through my husbands business.
We are both Realtors®, small time investors and most recently he has began his own Handyman business with plans to move into remodeling and eventually building in the future! Entrepreneurs if you will, with a love for the real estate industry and all things home!
My family loves the hills of Tennessee, and our roots here run deep. Together with my husband and 3 boys, we live and play in Middle TN. We have family in every direction around the Music City and I have intimate knowledge of each city and what makes it unique.
We are avid organic gardeners, love walking the woods with friends or family and enjoy hosting at our home. Sunsets on the beach, watching my kids play together and making new friends are just a few of my favorite things.
